New Born Baby / Mother Care
Caring for a newborn baby and the mother at home requires attention, patience, and proper planning. Here are some essential tips for newborn baby care and postpartum care for the mother
Newborn Baby Care
Feeding: Breastfeeding or formula feeding – ensuring the baby is fed frequently (usually every 2-3 hours) to meet their nutritional needs. We believe that burping the baby after each feeding is essential.
Diaper Changes: Changing diapers frequently to prevent rashes and discomfort. Our staff is trained to keep baby’s clothes and bed clean and dry.
Bathing: Our Baby Care staff has the relevant expertise to give bath (using lukewarm water) to the baby 2-3 times a week to ensure comfort and hygiene.
Sleeping: Our staff understands that babies sleep for several short periods throughout the day and night. Creating a safe sleeping environment by placing the baby on their back in a crib with no loose bedding or toys is of utmost importance.
Comforting and Soothing: Swaddling the baby snugly to help them feel secure. Using gentle rocking, swaying, or singing to soothe them.
